Check function of louver. If it is difficult to close, the hole in the panel may be too small.

Install the hose to louver.

Bend the hose as shown in the illustration.

Attach hose to the old louver using the cable tie.

Connect hose and instill panel under steering wheel. Make sure the hose does not chafe against the steering column and check that it functions properly.

Show the customer how to close the louver and inform him that the original louver beneath the steering column is no longer functional.

The relocated louver is considered an accessory installation and is not covered under warranty.
