Connect all electrical connectors, vacuum lines and fuel lines that were disconnected during removal procedure. Ensure not to interchange
electrical connectors, vacuum and fuel lines. The fuel return line connections are smaller in width and are labeled OUT. Torque fuel delivery and
return line connections to 18 ft. lbs. Do not use a screwdriver to hold the fuel line during tightening.

Install plunger and vacuum pump. Check seal ring. Replace, if necessary.

Ensure No. 1 cylinder is at TDC and injection position. Marks on pump sprocket and mounting bracket should be aligned properly. The flywheel
timing mark should be at zero (0).
22.
Connect cold start unit hoses.
23.
Connect electrical connector onto fuel valve.
24.
Connect throttle cable and kickdown cable, if equipped.
