Clutch Master Cylinder: Service and Repair
Installation
1. Install the master cylinder. Connect nipple and hose from the brake fluid reservoir.
2. Install the pin and locking spring on fork and clutch pedal. Make sure there is 1 mm (0.04 in) clearance between the push rod and the piston.
Adjust if necessary.
3. Install panel under the instrument panel.
4. Fill clutch fluid (brake fluid, DOT 4) and bleed system.
