Remove original blower motor and wires.

Remove gasket

MODIFICATION A (modifying old climate unit housing to fit new type of blower motor):

Use hacksaw blade to cut plastic tube flush with fan housing. Finish by grinding flush with mating surface to ensure well-sealed joint.

Install adapter.

Before fitting adapter, apply sealing compound as illustrated (A) and fit plastic foam seal (B). Only mating surface with fan housing should be sealed.

Fit adapter.
