- 

Remove all sockets.

- 

Remove rheostat.   See: Service and Repair

- 

Carefully pry off connector holders with a screwdriver.

- 

Remove all screws and nuts retaining circuit card.

Note:  All instruments come free at the same time.

- 

Remove circuit card.

- 

Fit new unit.

- 

Reassemble in reverse order. Tighten all screws well.

- 

Test.

760/960 1988-1994 

- 

Check that there is no corrosion between screws and circuit card, as per S11.

- 

Remove circuit card holders in upper connector.

- 

Remove all bulb sockets.

- 

Remove rheostat.   See: Service and Repair

- 

Carefully pry off connector holders with a screwdriver.

- 

Remove all screws retaining circuit card.

Note:  All instruments come free at the same time.

- 

Remove circuit card.

- 

Fit new unit.

- 

Reassemble in reverse order. Tighten all screws well.

- 

Test.

940/960 1995- 

- 

Check that there is no corrosion between screws and circuit card, as per S11.

- 

Remove backplate from housing by removing screws round the edge as shown.

- 

Remove all bulb holders.

- 

Remove rheostat.   See: Service and Repair
