NONE

Poor connection between the relay terminals and wire terminals may lead to overheating at terminals of the fuel pump or headlight relays.

If there are signs of overheating on the relay terminals, the relay, relay socket, AND cable terminals have to be replaced as follows:

1.

Disconnect battery negative cable.

2.

Remove the fusebox/electrical central.

3.

Remove the affected relay (see diagram).

4.

Cut off all cables as close as possible to the female cable terminals of the relay.

5.

Replace the relay socket.

6.

Install new cable terminals using pliers 999-9323.

7.

Reinstall cable terminals in correct position.

8.

Install new relay.

9.

Reconnect battery.

10.

Check circuit operation.
