Type D

Only on small-diameter propeller shafts. Inside diameter bearing 35 mm (1.38 in).

Type E

No rings.
On B230ET with ZF automatic transmission, there is, however, one aluminium ring (1340552-7) over the boot to prevent it from coming off at top
speed.
Introduced on 1985 model.

Type F

Sleeve with rubber seal.
Found on diesels with M 46 and ZF transmissions and on four-cylinder diesels with AW70/71 transmission.
Introduced approx. in week 42, 1984.
