Fuel Distributor: Description and Operation

    This unit consists of a cylinder with one metering slot per injector. A control plunger moves within the cylinder and is controlled by air flow sensor
movement.
    As the control plunger lifts, more of the metering slot area is left exposed, allowing additional fuel to flow to the injectors. Fuel under control pressure
acts on the top of the control plunger to partially counteract the upward movement of the plunger.
