7. Install the propeller shaft.

Fit the rubber ring, if any, for the rubber boot on the rear propeller shaft section.

Grease the splines with grease P/N 1161 033-4.

Make sure that the marks coincide and that the yokes are in the same position.
NOTE: Angular misalignment between the yokes will cause vibration.
8. Connect the propeller shaft to the coupling flange on the transmission. Socket P/N 5244 for shafts with universal joint and 15 mm bolt head.
9. Put the rubber boot in place and fit the rubber ring over it.
10. Fit the centre support.
11. Centre the bearing cage and tighten the cage to the bracket.
