The holes that are marked (1) should be sealed with sealant cover P/N 9170187-0.

The holes marked (2) should be filed into a square shape. Use plastic nut P/N 9132846-8 as a template.
3.
The holes marked (3) should be filed into a square shape. Use clip P/N 3511468-5 as a template.
4.
Punch marks on (4). Drill a square 9 x 9 mm (23/64" x 23/64") hole for box nut P/N 946947-9.
5.
A rubber plug should replace grommet P/N 1259852-0 at (5).
Drilling Hole to Access Clip Hole Side Molding (Front Door)
Protect:
-
the drill chuck with a piece fuel hose (A).
-
the paint by installing a piece plastic hose (B) on the drill bit.
Drill a guide hole 3 mm (1/8") through the clip side molding rear hole on the front door.
