Basic Alarm LED In Center Of Dashboard
The indicator LED is fitted in the center of the instrument panel (dashboard). The LED is in an integral plastic casing. If the car is also fitted with ECC,
the sun sensor is integral with the indicator LED casing.
The LED Works As Follows:
Activating the alarm: The LED stays on for five seconds before the alarm switches to monitoring mode, and then flashes once every two seconds.
Alarm activated, fault in some alarm loop: LED is off.
Alarm has been triggered: The LED stays on for the first two minutes, then flashes rapidly.
Once the alarm has been activated and then deactivated: LED stays on until ignition is switched on.
