Rear Door Exterior Handle: Service and Repair

Rear Outer Door Handle Replacement

The front and rear door handles are replaced in the same way except
that the rear door does not have a lock cylinder.

Remove

-

Remove 2 screws (C) for lock unit.

Note: Slacken screws but leave them in place.

-

Remove cover plug (A) for screws in handle.

-

Remove 2 screws (B) for outer handle and remove handle.

Install

-

Install door handle with washers. Tighten Screw (B).

-

Install tighten lock unit screws.

-

Install cover (A).
