1995 Volvo 850 T-5R Sunroof Weatherstrip Seal Replacement Instructions

Position the weatherstrip joint in the middle of the rear edge of the sun roof. Cut off excess weatherstrip with scissors (tool number 9986006-6).
Important: Use sharp scissors of the correct type so that the cut is smooth and straight. This will provide good adhesion for the bonded joint, see
illustration.
Bond the weatherstrip

Bond both ends of the weatherstrip together tightly with adhesive (P/N 1161095-3).
