Wheel Speed Sensor: Service and Repair
Rear Wheel Sensor and Connector, Replacement [NB]

Special tool(s): 115 8147 torque socket.

Preparations [NB1]

- Ignition off.
- Remove wheel.

Removing sensor [NB2]

NOTE: Clean sensor and connector carefully before removing them.

Remove sensor mounting bolt and remove sensor.

-

Remove connector.

Installing sensor [NB3]

-

Clean sensor seat free of dirt and rust so sensor is in correct position relative to pulse wheel.

-

Brush off any dirt on pulse wheel. Use a soft brush.

[NB4]

-

Install sensor and tighten bolt to 10 Nm (7.5 ft.lb).

-

Install connector.
