- evap-valve hose (turbo).
- Four screws for the electric fan shroud.
- air duct connected to the control module box.
- connectors for the fan (bend back shroud a little). 
- inlet manifold and EGR-valve hoses (where applicable) (bend back shroud a little).
- Shroud spacer washers.
- fan and shroud.

Cover radiator with protective shield (p/n 9995474-5).

DISMANTLING WIRING CONDUIT

Remove:

- cover over solenoid.
- upper section of wiring conduit in order to expose complete fusible link cable.

REMOVAL OF FUSIBLE LINK CABLE

Remove:

- cable from starter motor.
- wire ties, by cutting them off.
- the old cable from the wiring conduit.
- the cable from the flexible wiring conduit.

- cable connector from connection above radiator (see inset).

Inspect remaining wiring in conduit for visual signs of insulation and/or wire strands that need repair.

Note: 

SB 37-801 refers to sealed crimping sleeves to be used when repairing wires in the engine compartment.
