Worn Plastic Pulleys

On early models there can be belts with a coarse surface on the cloth backing which wears out the plastic pulleys.
Analysis method:

A worn roller displays a dear track for the belt which has built up on the pulley drive surface.
Repair:
- Replace belt tensioner pulleys.
- Replace idler pulley.
- Replace belt.

The replacement parts kit is intended for cars with B or C type mounting plates. The replacement parts kit IS NOT intended for cars with D-type
mounting plates.
If the car is equipped with a D-type mounting plate without defects, the other parts which are faulty should be replaced and the belt tensioner replaced
with a type F tensioner.
