Remove screw from upper torque control arm mounting on motor.

Fold up and position torque control bracket above the torque control arm bushing bracket.

Take out the hydraulic pump marked 5576-7 and puller cylinder marked 5575-9.

Install connecting rod marked 5584-1 in the puller cylinder. (The hydraulic pump and the puller cylinder are described in Special Tools Bulletin no.
96).
Applies to turbo models:

Press the bushing out of the bracket with press tool marked 5668-4 respectively 5668-1.
Applies to all cars with naturally aspirated engines:
-
Press the bushing out of the bracket with press tool marked 5668 respectively 5668-1.
