Connect compressed air to spray.
Do not tilt the spray excessively! Tilting spray excessively may cause liquid to escape from container.
If liquid escapes from the container empty it back in and complete the operation.
Treating a new evaporator
Treatment with odor minimizing agent before installing in car.
Preparations:

Place evaporator in a basin.

Treat evaporator with "odor treatment AC", P/N 1161454-2.

Turn the evaporator during treatment so that all exterior surfaces are covered by the agent.

Ensure that the agent passes through the cooling flanges properly.

Place the evaporator so that any excess runs off.
-
Allow the evaporator to dry before installing.

Install the evaporator according to the description in the Service Manuals on the next page.
Note:
Always use protective goggles and protective gloves.
