Install the press tool with screw and alignment washer (A) from the kit.

Pull off the threaded insert (B) by pulling the screw against the press tool.

Remove the threaded insert (B) from the tool and discard. Discard black washer (C) as well.
INSTALL NEW THREADED INSERT AND WASHER

Install new threaded insert and new black washer. Tighten threaded inserts and black washer with the bolt and washer from the kit. Tighten to 60 Nm
(45 ft.lbs).

Check that the flange of the threaded insert is in close contact with the seat rail.
BE SURE THAT THE THREADED INSERTS ARE INSTALLED FROM CORRECT SIDE, SEE PICTURE.

Remove the screw and alignment washer.
REINSTALL THE SEAT-BELT-CATCH

Tighten the bolt (Torx 50) to 40 Nm (30 ft.lbs).
REINSTALL THE SEAT

Reinstall the seat on guide lugs.

Install the 2 front bolts and torque to 40 Nm (30 ft. lbs.)

Install the front seat rail caps.
