Replace knee bolster. Torque to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs).
Reinstall sound insulation pad

Reinstall connector on kickdown switch
Reinstall locking clip on cable tensioner
Make sure cable is positioned correctly in the engine compartment.
Firmly latch cable onto throttle control pulley
Insert a 3.5 mm (0.14") spacer between the throttle pulley idle stop and the bmcket stop.
Make sure locking clip is positioned firmly against bracket. Adjust cable until it is under light tension.

Remove spacer
Remove locking clip and replace cable tensioner in bracket with locking clip
Reinstall cover

Check that DTCs have been cleared.
