EGR VACUUM CONTROLLER REPLACEMENT

Dismantling
^

Remove / Disconnect:
-

Hoses from EGR controller.

-

Outer screw in EGR controller mounting bracket.

-

Controller (disconnect connector).

-

Controller mounting bracket.

EGR Controller

Installation
^

Install / Reconnect:
-

EGR controller mounting bracket

NOTE:  Electrical connection on EGR controller should face upward towards top of relay shelf.

-

Connector.

-

Controller. Tighten in position.

-

Vacuum hoses to EGR controller. Connect yellow hose to coupling nearest connector and white hose to other coupling.
