Window should not press door frame outward when uppermost position is correctly adjusted.
Adjust window longitudinally.

Lower window sufficiently to allow winder mechanism arm to be detached from rail.

Adjust window by releasing locking tab on arm attachment with screwdriver and moving attachment to next `click' position along rail. Press home
arm. If further adjustment is required, drill new hole in rail using 2 mm (5/64") bit.

When correctly adjusted, window should travel up and down smoothly without sticking in frame.
Parallel adjustment of top edge.

Top edge of window should be parallel with door frame. Maximum permissible tolerance is 1 mm (3/64").

Winder mechanism can be adjusted vertically by undoing nut (A). Downward adjustment moves top rear corner of window backward/downward.

Retighten nut and check that top of window is parallel with top of door frame.

Upper illustration shows location of nut in front door and lower illustration corresponding location in rear door.

If further adjustment is required, slacken winder unit bolts and adjust unit downward at rear.

Hole for adjusting nut (A) may be filed out if further adjustment is required.
