Windshield Washer Pump: Service and Repair
Rear Windshield Washer Pump

NOTE:  Reinstall special radio interference suppressor kit if fitted.

Removal:(Rear windshield washer motor is changed from underneath car.)

Ignition off.

-

Remove washer motor from bracket, bend clip out on side of bracket and pull pump downwards.

-

Undo connector and hoses from motor.

-

Remove washer motor bracket, pull outwards and turn 1/4 turn so it comes free.

Installation:

-

Install washer motor bracket, line up guide pin on top and turn bracket 1/4 turn clockwise so pin on underside of bracket locks it in the vertical
position.

-

Install washer motor. Make sure that bracket clip catches on underside of washer motor.

-

Connect connector and hoses to washer motor.

-

Check that washer motor works.
