Drill two 4 mm (5/32") holes 20 mm (3/4") from each end.

Countersink the holes to improve appearance.

Remove panel beneath steering wheel and disconnect existing hose from louver.

Cut away the rubber insulation and bar where the hole is to be made.

Drill 4 mm (5/32") holes in each corner and several additional holes so that a hacksaw blade can be inserted.

Saw a hole to accommodate the air louver.

Drill two 4 mm (5/32") holes for the screws using the louver as a pattern.

Screw louver into place using 2 screws and 2 clips.
