6. Install new O-rings in connection fittings. Lubricate connections and oil O-rings with compressor oil.
7. Place pipe sections in correct position in engine compartment. First join the two sections (1), then connect pipes to condenser (2) and evaporator
(3).
8. Clamp pipe. Check that pipe is nor rubbing against hot air hose or battery ground lead.
9. Install high-pressure switch. Tighten to 15 Nm (11 ft lb).

Disconnect low-pressure pressostat (arrowed). Connect wiring, P/N 3522545-7, to high-pressure switch and to appropriate connectors.

Clip wiring to existing wiring harness on firewall.
10. Top up A/C system with refrigerant.
