Grille is attached by four catches visible from the outside. Release one catch at a time.

Adjust catches

Carefully file down catches by same thickness as fine-mesh grille: otherwise, plastic grille can be difficult to re-mount.

Note:

Do not remove too much material!

Install grille

Insert fine-mesh grille. Cutouts in new grille should engage with catches in plastic grille.

Install grille assembly in heater housing
