Damage to Engine Speed (RPM) Sensor
The RPM sensor can be damaged by the carrier plate during engine/transmission removal/installation. To avoid this, remove the RPM sensor prior to any
repair operations requiring engine/transmission removal. Reinstall the RPM sensor only after the engine and transmission are completely assembled and
torque converter is attached to carrier plate.
