Standard damper

Compress damper by hand and attach to support arm.
Use new bolt.

Torque: 80 N-m (59 ft.lbs.)

Self-levelling damper

Release compression tool slightly to enable damper to be connected to support arm. Use new bolt. Do not tighten at this point. Press up into normal
position. Torque: 80 N-m (59 ft.lbs.)

Remove:
-

compression tool 

Reconnect/Install:

-

anti-roll bar to support arms. Use new bolts. Do not tighten at this point.

-

brake caliper. Use new bolts.
Torque: 60 N-m (44 ft.lbs.)

Mount counterhold 999 5540 on wheel hub 

Install:

-

new nut on drive shaft. 
Tighten to 140 N-m (103 ft.lbs.) and through further 60.

Check that gaiters are in position on parking brake cables Connect:
-

rod and cable retainer to front and rear cables
