Clean the housing. Install a new O-ring. Lubricate the O-ring. Install a new filter insert in the cover of the oil filter housing. Screw the filter housing
and filter into place. Tighten to specification.

Installing components 
For vehicles without a turbocharger (TC) 

Install the resonator for the air cleaner (ACL) module.

For other vehicles 
Install: 

-

the intake manifold between the air cleaner (ACL) module and the front cover plate

-

the screws for the intake manifold. Tighten.

Finishing 

Filling with engine oil 

Top up oil using apppropriate oil type and amount.

Caution:  It is very important that the correct oil specification of the correct viscosity is used, in order to achieve optimal fuel consumption and engine
protection.

Checks

Check the level using the dip stick. Start the engine and check for oil leakage. Stop the engine and let the oil run down into the oil sump.

Caution:  Top up to maximum on the dip stick if necessary but do not overfill. 

Then check the oil level.
