Remove: 

-

the cover

-

the 6 nuts for the cover guide

-

the 4 screws for the cover hinges

-

the 9 screws for the outer cover.

Separate the cover and outer cover.
Replace the outer cover.

Installing the outer cover 
Install in reverse order.
If necessary, refer to installing the center and outer cover weatherstrips.
