Remove:

the weatherstrip for the rear side window, see Replacing weatherstrips See: Convertible Top Weatherstrip/Service and Repair

the 2 nuts for the triangular seal on the tension bow mounting.
Fold up the plastic strip and the material where the weatherstrip was positioned.
