Remove seat from car according to Replacing seat assembly See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Replacing Seat Assembly.

Remove lumbar adjustment knob. Unscrew in a counter-clockwise direction until stop. Then continue unscrewing counter-clockwise while pulling
firmly outwards.
