Connect special tool 998 8695 TEST DEVICE See: Tools and Equipment/998 8695 Test Device to steering wheel module connector.
This makes it possible to drive the car without the SRS on-board diagnostic (OBD) system registering a diagnostic trouble code (DTC).
Hint: If the ignition is switched on when neither the steering wheel module nor special tool are connected, a diagnostic trouble code (DTC) will be
stored indicating an open-circuit in the cable. Any diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) must be erased.
