Adjusting the doors and side windows 

Adjustment 

Window in the front power window lift mechanism cassette 

Note! To correctly adjust the window vertically and from side to side, it must be screwed into place as follows. 

Adjust the carriage height. See Replacing the lift mechanism motor and mechanical cable for side window .
Both carriages (A) must be in contact with the guide rails (B).
Locate the lower shims (C) in their grooves.
Install the window, upper shim (D) and washer (E).
Finger-tighten the screws.
Depress window to the stop lug.
Tighten the screws.
