Removing and installing the lock for the rear side door

Remove:

Repair/Removal and Replacement 

-

the door lock according to  Central locking motor for the rear side door See: Power Locks/Power Door Lock Actuator/Service and Repair/Central
Locking Motor For The Rear Side Door.

Installing the lock for the rear side door

Install:

-

the door lock according to  Central locking motor for the rear side door See: Power Locks/Power Door Lock Actuator/Service and Repair/Central
Locking Motor For The Rear Side Door 

-

the panel according to  The panel for the rear side door See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Rear Door/Rear Door Panel/Service and
Repair/Removal and Replacement.

Removing the outer door handle

Removing the door insulation

Remove:

-

the door panel according to  The panel for the rear side door See: Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Rear Door/Rear Door Panel/Service and
Repair/Removal and Replacement 

-

the upper tie strap from the door panel.

Carefully bend the panel lining inwards

Removing the window guide rail
