The damaged surface (A) is completely painted with a base coat. A smaller area (C), approximately 10 cm surrounding the damaged area is also painted
to achieve color conformity.
Caution! When applying pearl varnish it is very important that the base coat is perfect. Small differences in shade in the base coat will be
magnified by the pearl varnish coat.
Air dry for approximately 5 minutes at room temperature. The varnished surface is dried with a "Tac-rag".
Preparation of the paint sprays
Pearl varnish is mixed according to the manufacturer's instructions and poured into a paint sprayer. A separate paint spray is filled with colorless base
coat.
Both these paint sprays will be used for the same spray job and should be available in the spray box at the same time.
