Note! Minimum disc thickness = 21.5 mm.
Preparations
Remove the hub cap and the wheel.
Remove front brake disc
Remove
-
the brake pads, see operation Replacing front brake pads See: Brake Pad/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Replacing Front Brake
Pads.

the retaining clip and the brake hose from the support.

the complete brake caliper holder including the caliper; hang it on a steel wire to avoid damaging the brake hose.

the brake disc.
Note! Do not depress the brake pedal when the brake pads have been removed.
