Variable Valve Timing Solenoid: Removal and Replacement

Replacing the variable valve timing solenoid

Remove the cover from the timing gear

See Replacing the cover on top of the engine See: Access Cover/Service and Repair.

Removing the variable valve timing system

Remove the connector and the wiring beside the connector

-

Remove the screw

-

Carefully pull the device off

-

Remove the O-ring.

Install the variable valve timing system
