Remove the right front wheel.
Position the upper timing cover.
Turn the crankshaft until the markings on the crankshaft and camshaft gear match.
Turn another 1/4 turns clockwise on the crankshaft and then back until the markings match. Markings are shown in figure. Remove the upper timing gear
cover.
