Install: 
-

the gasket on the turbocharger (TC) 

-

the three-way catalytic converter (TWC). The nuts.
Tighten to 30 Nm.

Installing the front (upper) heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) 

-

Install a new sealing ring

-

Apply copper paste (P/N 1161035-9) to the entire length of the screw thread

-

To avoid damage from twisting to the cable harness for the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S), turn the probe approximately 4 turns counter-clockwise
before inserting it

-

Install the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S). Tighten to 55 Nm 

-

Install the heat shield on the body. Raise the car.

Installing the rear (lower) heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) 

-

Install a new sealing ring

-

Apply copper paste (P/N 1161035-9) to the entire length of the screw thread

-

To avoid damage from twisting to the cable harness for the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S), turn the probe approximately 4 turns counter-clockwise
before inserting

-

Install the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S). Tighten to 55 Nm.
