Make a note of the anti-theft radio code

-

Switch off the ignition

-

Remove the soundproofing panel according to  Passenger side soundproofing See: Body and Frame/Sound Proofing / Insulation/Service and
Repair/Passenger Side Soundproofing 

-

Remove the radio panel according to  The radio panel See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and
Repair/Removal and Replacement/The Radio Panel 

-

Turn the retaining clip. Pull the rod out from the lever

-

Remove the connector. Remove the three screws

-

Remove the motor.

Installing the temperature damper motor

Note! The temperature damper motor must be adjusted after replacement. See  Temperature See: Adjustments/Temperature.

Install:

-

the motor

-

the connector and the three screws

-

the rod for the lever.

Adjust the rod on the damper motor if necessary,
Adjust the position of the temperature damper motor according to  Self-adjustment of damper motor end positions See: Testing and
Inspection/Programming and Relearning/Self-Adjustment of Damper Motor End Positions.

Install

-

the radio panel according to  The radio panel See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Dashboard / Instrument Panel/Service and
Repair/Removal and Replacement/The Radio Panel 

-

the soundproofing panel according to  Passenger side soundproofing See: Body and Frame/Sound Proofing / Insulation/Service and
Repair/Passenger Side Soundproofing.

Check the function.
