Removing the center ventilation vents

Lower the comfort module according to Comfort module See: Control Module HVAC/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement

Pull the grille for the ventilation vents down slightly on the right-hand side. Press the catches down using a weatherstrip tool 981 4071
STRAIGHTENING TOOL See: Tools and Equipment/981 4071 Straightening Tool

Pull the panel forward

Pull the grille for the ventilation vents down slightly on the left-hand side. Press the catches down using a weatherstrip tool 981 4071

Disconnect the connector for the hazard warning signal flasher.
Installing the center ventilation vents
Install:

the panel
