Lubricate the O-rings using compressor oil.
Tighten the screw. Tighten to 18 Nm.
Installing the refrigerant reservoir
The refrigerant reservoir must be filled with 20 cm3 oil when replaced.
Lubricate the new O-rings using A/C compressor oil.
Position the refrigerant reservoir and the support.
Tighten the two nuts by hand.
Position the pipe.
Tighten:

the screw at the evaporator. Tighten to 10 Nm

the screw at the refrigerant reservoir. Tighten to 10 Nm
-
the nuts. Tighten to 10 Nm.
Install the connector to the pressure sensor.
Filling with refrigerant
Fill and check the system according to Pipes and hoses See: Hose/Line HVAC/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement.
