Headlamp Alignment Actuator: Service and Repair

Replacing headlamp range adjustment motor

Remove headlamp range adjustment motor

Ignition off.

-

Disconnect the connector.

-

Remove the headlamp cover.

-

Remove the motor. Turn to the left (right motor) or to the right (left motor).

-

Lean the motor backwards until the ball on the motor spindle is detached from the mounting on the reflector and remove the motor.

Install headlamp range adjustment motor
