Remove bolts on the brackets.
Carefully remove the hose.

Install pipe

Remove seals, install new O-rings and lube with compressor oil.
Install the pipes and secure them. For tightening torques, see step  Tightening torques for pipes and hoses.

Fill the cooling system

Right-hand drive cars with manual transmission: Fill the reservoir for the transmission, bleed as needed.
Fill the system and check for leaks, see  Filling with refrigerant See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Service and Repair/Filling With Refrigerant 

Tightening torques for pipes and hoses

Pipes and hoses connected on back (A) of compressor.

Tightening torques for pipes and hoses:

Zexel  22 Nm.

-

Sanden  45 Nm.

-

MSC90  25 Nm.

-

Joints, pipe connections (B)  13 Nm.

-

Hoses, pipe couplings, M6,  10 Nm.

-

Hoses, pipe couplings, M8,  25 Nm.

Note! Hold pipes in place with your hand when removing and tightening to avoid damage to couplings and pipes.
