S40 L4-1.9L Turbo VIN 29 B4204T3 (2001)
Clean the pipe couplings thoroughly.
Secure the hose clamp (A) on the new pipe as marked earlier.
Install a new O-ring.
Install the new return line in position. Check that the hose end aligns with the fluid reservoir.
Remove the plug from the connection on the steering gear housing. Connect and finger tighten the coupling.
Install the pipe clamp (A) and finger tighten the screw.
Tighten the pipe connection nut. Tighten to 15 Nm.
Tighten the pipe clamp (A). Tighten to 10 Nm.
