Insert a wire in the pipe on the seat belt tensioner. This is to check the position of the piston.
Position A:
the seat belt tensioner has deployed.

Replace both the seat belt tensioners.
Position B:
the seat belt tensioner has not deployed.
Installing The B-post Seat Belt Tensioner

Clean the mounting holes

Install the seat belt using new screws
