Seat Belt Buckle: Removal and Replacement
Seat belt buckle
Replacing the seat belt buckle on the front seat
Remove the rear center console according to Rear center console See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Console/Service and Repair/Removal
and Replacement/Rear Center Console.
Move the seat to its rearmost position.
Remove the mounting for the seat belt buckle. Disconnect the cable harness.
Clean the mounting point.
Install the new seat belt buckle. Tighten the new seat belt buckle. Tighten to 48 Nm.
Install the rear center console according to Rear center console See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Console/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/Rear Center Console.
