S40 L4-1.9L Turbo VIN 29 B4204T3 (2001)
Remove the O-ring and plug the pipe to prevent oil running out.
Move the pipe to one side and allow as much oil as possible to drain out.
Removing the delivery line from the power steering pump (B4184SM/SJ)
Remove the pipe clamp (A).
Remove the pipe clamp (B) on the distributor side.
Remove the pipe clamp (C) at the generator bracket.
Install 115 8957 on the inlet hose. Clamp the hose.
Collect the oil in a container.
Remove the banjo screw (D) and remove the pipe.
Plug the holes to prevent oil running out.
Move the pipe to one side and allow as much oil as possible to drain out.
Removing the delivery line from the pipe clamps on the power steering side
Position a container under the steering gear to collect the oil.
Use a rag to catch spilled oil.
Remove the pipe clamp (A) from the mounting, right-hand side.
Remove the heated oxygen sensor (H02S) cable harness from the clamp (A), if applicable.
Disconnect the pipe clamp (B), slide the clamp off the rubber and remove the clamp.
Release the rubber from the delivery line by moving the return line back a little.
Disconnect and release the pipe connection and pull out the pipe.
Immediately plug the opening in the steering gear housing and the pipe.
Remove the pipe and O-rings.
Empty the oil out of the pipe.
