Install the screws in the mounting for the bracket

-

Tighten the screws. Tighten to  25 Nm.

The heat shield for the steering gear

Install:

-

the heat shield on the steering gear

-

the rear engine mounting on the transmission. Tighten to  60 Nm.

Front exhaust pipe

Install the front exhaust pipe. Use a new gasket.

Tighten to:

-

Front flange  25 Nm

rear clamp  60 Nm.

 Gear selector rod

Applies only to M3P and M5P transmissions

-

Install the gear selector rod on the mounting in the transmission

-

Tighten to  16 Nm.
